This field now also serves as your official withdrawal method. Since we do not require customers to create accounts, withdrawing is as simple as entering the email you used when you placed your order, and we will contact you right away!
Delivery Times and the Cooling‑Off Period
Our professional cosmetic products for UK stock are frequently imported from the EU, Germany — due to UK customs process, it means the expected delivery time often can be up to 14 days.
Because of this:

If Your Goods Arrive Sooner Than Expected
If your parcel arrives before the 14‑day period ends, you still retain your full withdrawal rights.
