Where are the best ideas born?

At the student regulars' table!
At least that was the case with Rudolf Weyergans, who laid the foundation for his current company while studying sociology at RWTH Aachen University in the 1980s. At that time, he developed a mechanical lymphatic drainage device, now internationally known as the 'Slide Styler®'. Shortly thereafter, he and his wife, biologist Dr. Käthe Kreft-Weyergans, researched a home care product for self-drainage, the 'Styler Cream'. The first product in a long line. In 1991, the medical technology company became 'High Care Cosmetics GmbH'. In the mid-1990s, the company headquarters moved from Aachen to Gut Boisdorf in Düren.

Over the next few years, the old estate developed into a creative hub.

 

This is where the world's only mistletoe-based 'Timeless' skincare line was born, as was the revolutionary vacuum wave treatment with the 'Vacustyler®'. In 1999, Weyergans combined medical technology and High Care® Cosmetics to form 'Weyergans High Care AG'.

And this is precisely what makes Weyergans High Care AG unique: more than 35 years of expertise, specialist knowledge, the drive for innovation, and the inevitable 'being one step ahead'. So, it will be exciting to see what Rudolf Weyergans will develop in the coming years. Because one thing is already clear: Even though the discussions have moved from the local pub to the wine cellar of his estate, they are still conducted with just as much enthusiasm as they were in the early days of Weyergans High Care AG.
